We are seeking a Commercial Lines CSR to become a part of our organization! You will provide Property & Casualty Insurance Customer Service to current and new clients. Commercial Lines and Personal Lines Insurance Experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Correspond with carrier specialists and insured by phone and email
- Prepare accurate and detailed information
- Handle Customer Service Inquiries, Endorsements
- Renewals and New Business Processing
- Policy Audit Assistance and Follow up, Billing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
