Benefitfocus is searching for an Account Based Marketing Manager to join our Charleston, SC based marketing team. In this role you will support our Health Plan line of business, responsible for demand generation programs and tactics. The ideal candidate is an expert in B2B tech marketing, who has successful experience in results-driven integrated marketing and account-based marketing programs that drive growth while showcasing hands-on experience developing programs that include live, virtual, and specific ABM elements to increase opportunity pipeline. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated success in marketing at a B2B software company showcasing program, campaign, ABM, and demand generation experience with customer acquisition and retention, expansion and growth of existing customers.

Requirements:

• Quickly achieve high level knowledge of the Benefitfocus Health Plan Total Solutions and deep understanding of our positioning statements, buyer personas, and business needs.
• Increase lead generation and qualification through a strategic and prescriptive demand generation strategy by segment and persona. This includes inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategy through competitive marketing programs and campaigns for specific named accounts and applying ABM principles and techniques to increase pipeline with high quality opportunities for both direct and indirect sales teams
• Partner with sales and sales enablement to strategize and execute email campaigns, engagement and nurturing, advertising, webinars, sales enablement, direct mail, trade shows, social media and more.
• Work closely with Marketing Ops & Sales Ops to provide reporting and actively monitor and analyze the health of marketing contribution to the sales pipeline & conversion, program ROI, and customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition and activity
• Ownership of monthly health plan marketing metrics and goals, reporting on # of budgeted vs actual MQL, conversions, conversion points, and more
• Understand the competitive environment and put Benefitplace most compelling value differentiators into programming design and execution
• Utilize Marketo platform, own and execute demand generation activities included, but not limited to, engagement campaigns (lead nurturing), prospect intelligence, lead scoring, digital content strategy (gated content offers), and more.
• Assist in maintaining sales and marketing data integrity

Experience and Skills:

• BS/BA required
• Deep understanding of SaaS B2B marketing
• 5+ years demand generation experience
• Solid communication skills (verbal, written, presentation and 1:1 collaboration)
• Strong analytical skills applicable to target market analysis and funnel management/related OKRs, forecasting and the ability to adapt strategies and execution tactics as needed
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well across teams, customers, sales, partners, vendors
• High self- motivation with a sense of urgency
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, Sendoso and Uberflip
