Position Summary:
This role will be working with the BenefitHub IT Software Development Team as a Front End UI/UX Engineer. This position requires that the candidate understands intuitive interfaces, React Based user Interfaces, software development methodologies and is able to use and apply design, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to provide solutions to a variety of User Interface user experience problems of moderate to high scope and complexity. The candidate will also regularly interact with the users ranging from the end-user to directors to understand, document, and communicate their needs, perform requirements analysis, develop and deliver software solutions, and understands delivery into multiple environments to complete testing and delivery of Quality Software. This position requires a wide range of technical development, design, and multitasking skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement React based User interface components.
Assist with User interface, design, and style aspects of Mobile and Web page elements.
Maintain and improve the performance of existing software
Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization
Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary
Qualifications:
Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5+ years’ Coding / Programming Experience
2+ years React Experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
Demonstrated understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business
Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
Strong attention to detail
