Position Overview:
We have an opening for an ERP JavaScript Developer to join our team. This team member will participate in our fast-growing ERP practice and assist with software development and integration initiatives for our customers.

Responsibilities:
Create NetSuite customizations utilizing SuiteScript 2.0 (a development framework based on JavaScript), Workflows and Saved Searches.

Design and build solutions with web development languages and technologies, including TypeScript and JavaScript.

Build integrations between systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Utilize Oracle SQL to query data for reporting or automations.

Test, validate, and document designs and functionality, troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Research technical data, test and apply resolutions.

Work in a collaborative team development setting on advanced projects with many features.

Handle tasks in an effective and professional manner and escalate to senior staff as necessary.

Provide customers with configuration and enhancement assistance.

Help with customer software usage issues.

Performs daily team contact and occasionally meet with clients.

Completes and releases time on a daily basis.

Active participant in weekly departmental meetings.

Active participant in routine customer and project status meetings.

Other duties and projects as assigned.

Meets deadlines and time requirements.

Respectful of coworkers and clients.

Qualifications:
Understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to Accounting, Sales/CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Production, Projects and Service.

Possesses a passion for helping others.

Must be able to tackle initiatives as an individual contributor and as part of a team.

Advanced analytical and technical aptitude, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Applies knowledge, demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Ability to manage multiple project commitments simultaneously in a deadline focused environment and meets agreed upon timeframes.

Prioritizes tasks, develops good work procedures, and manages time well.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical individuals.

Is attentive to detail and accuracy, is committed to excellence, and looks for improvements.

Practices self-development and seeks out new responsibilities.

Required Experience / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

Experience with enterprise software development and technology preferred.

Experience with APIs and integrations preferred.

Required Technical Skills: JavaScript (ES6), HTML/CSS, Node.js, NPM, Git, Basic SQL, VSCode.

Preferred Technical Skills: TypeScript, SuiteScript 2.0, React.js, Azure, Advanced SQL, Advanced MS Excel.

Customer service and/or technical support experience preferred.

Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
