The Compliance Department of Berkshire Bank is responsible for the provision of compliance services to the Bank and its affiliates. Department staff work closely with each of the operational areas to ensure that regulatory compliance is maintained. The Compliance area is responsible for communicating regulatory changes to the operational areas and monitoring the compliance posture of each area. It is also responsible for conducting reviews of the bank-wide complaint log, marketing materials, and other documents/reports to assess compliance impact and remediate any issues. The Compliance Department also administers training through the Bank’s learning management system (BVS). The Compliance Analyst will support the Compliance Officers as needed in reviewing various reports and documents, assessing the compliance impact, and communicating findings to various operational areas of the Bank.
