Position Overview:
The Finance/Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team to create an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for leading, training, coaching, developing, and retaining the very best Sales Associates for the store and driving a high level of performance among the sales team to increase market share, achieve targeted unit sales and profit margins. In addition, the Finance/Sales Manager ensures that the dealership meets its unit sales quotas and its gross objectives daily, monthly, and yearly. They are also responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance products to customers.
