About You and the Role

As a master logistician and gifted communicator with a first in-last out work ethic, you will sit at the critical intersection of the vision and traction for the entire organization. The VP Operations is the right hand of the Chief Operating Officer, and the go to, make it happen teammate of the senior leadership team.

What You Will Do

• Provide servant-based operations leadership to a team of over hundred.
• Directly oversee a management team.
• Ensure the safety of our people, clients, and learners in all situations.
• Guarantee on-time, on-budget, above expectation delivery of all operations.
• Accountable for the execution of all operations in alignment with core values and guiding behaviors.

What you bring

• Demonstrated excellence in verbal, written and nonverbal communication. You have a communication range that connects with the suits, the coveralls and the “where are my pants” members of society.
• You are a master logistician with experience managing millions of dollars of equipment with a demonstrated ability to prevent loss and improve efficiencies.
• Above-average emotional intelligence and verified history of successfully coaching individual leaders and team members.

Top Candidates

• 5+ years of senior management
• 10+ years of logistics or operations experience in a multi-million dollar organization
• 15+ years of experience in healthcare (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in communication / business / logistics management
• Manage large budgets
• Previous experience in hyper-growth small business

• Educate and train EMS providers, newbies, and veterans.
• Provide novel EMS based clinical staffing solutions in austere environments.
