Seeking Warehouse Supervisors for the Indianapolis Area! This is a great opportunity with a privately owned 3PL that is in growth mode!
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this position will be to oversee outbound operations in the fulfillment area. This position will report to and work closely with the building manager, helping execute the needs of the day.
This position will also be allowed and expected to help build teams, coordinate communication between the office and the floor, monitor and report attendance and performance issues among associates, and work with building manager to develop training structures and practices for current and incoming associates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a third party logistics organization as a supervisor.
- Proven experience leading teams through change.
