We are adding to our team and have an opening for a full time Regional Director of Sales & Marketing overseeing the greater Phoenix region.
The Regional Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for the overall development, execution and leadership of an outreaching sales and marketing strategy that supports BSLC’s mission and purpose. Core competencies include:

Managerial Breadth/Scope of Job: Responsible for communicating with Vice President of Sales and Marketing regarding census, marketing plans, tours, and sales. Includes programs which track inquiry to tour conversion and tour to resident placement conversion. Responsible for assisting sales teams with corporate-approved incentive driven goal oriented competitions while remaining in budget.
Working Environment/Physical Requirements: Position requires some overnight travel by air and/or automobile (approximately 60%, or 3 days per week) occasionally in extreme weather conditions. Also requires moderate physical activity for handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently; walking and observing in the communities during visits.
