• Have worked at Auto Body Shop and have knowledge of writing estimates.
• Implemented staffing and procedure changes resulting in significant improvement in P&L
• Supervise team of seven employees including three body men, two painter, one porter and one office assistant
• Initiated implementation of CCC one tracking software to improve time and inventory management
• Negotiate new DRP.
• Effectively established credibility and positive business relationships with adjusters from various insurance companies including USAA, Nationwide, State Farm & Allstate.
