Key Highlights

• 4-day work week – Tuesday-Friday
• Hours are approximately 4:00am-2:30pm, each morning begins at the Bill’s warehouse
• No CDL, no problem, no experience required, we have on-site/on-the-job training
• Independent role, with freedom to set your pace. Position is mostly unsupervised.

• Not a desk job, have the ability to work outdoors
• General labor/mobile warehouse work

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely drive/operate company vehicles to deliver products to retail accounts
• Unload product and operate a two-wheeled cart or pallet jack
• Stock shelves and coolers, and build displays
• Rotate product in customer account according to dates to ensure freshness
• Process Invoice at each account and take payments as necessary
• Forklift, pallet jack, two-wheeler operator

Requirements:

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must have good communication and basic math skills
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Will train to get Class A CDL
• Have a great attitude and willingness to work
• General labor, warehouse, operator experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• General labor role, must be able to move and lift up to 40 lbs. frequently, 70 lbs. – 170 lbs. occasionally

Compensation/benefits package includes:

• Starting wage is $23.00 – $25.00/hr ($50,000 – $55,000 annually)
• Upon receipt of Class A CDL, wage will move to $25/hour if hired without.
