What is the position?

With our recent explosive growth, Bintelli is looking for someone to maximize the productivity of our organization by optimizing the effectiveness of our employees. We are being extremely transparent in that this is the first time our company has employed an HR Department and we’re excited to get this new department up and running! This is an incredible opportunity for the right individual to assist in shaping our vision and grow the department.

To do so, we need a strong-willed go-getter to help us get this department off the ground. Ideally, the right candidate should have previous experience in HR and be excited about building and strengthening the department. If you are simply looking to clock-in and work in an established HR department, this is not the role for you! We need someone that while focusing on company goals and objectives, is an advocate for our staff. The ideal candidate will be one who truly wants to help others. They will assist our staff with any issues or problems they have, to help them “level up” both professionally and personally.

Your job duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Nurture a positive working environment
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of our staff
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program and work with our staff to ensure they understand what is offered to them
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Our company has three locations in South Carolina – West Ashley, North Charleston, and Orangeburg. The majority of the time spent in this position will be in our North Charleston and West Ashley locations. We are looking for an employee that will show initiative and will willing to grow into a possible larger role with expanded duties down the road. This position will work 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.

Bonuses and yearly raises are given in return for hard work and we also offer the following additional benefits are provided to you:

• After sixty days you will have access to join our company healthcare plan and if you choose to take part, we will contribute 50% per month to your costs of health, dental, and vision insurance. You are also given $25,000 of life insurance at our expense.
• After one year you will have access to our company retirement plan with 3% matching included.
• You, along with all hourly employees still employed on December 31st of each year are able to take part in receiving a share of the Bintelli Profit Sharing allotment (means a nice big check is waiting for you at the end of the year).
• In your first year you’ll be given three paid days off. In year two that will increase to five. In years three and on you will be given ten paid days off.
• Paid Holidays (to change each year with an average of 4-5 paid holidays per year)
• Bonusly – all employees are given access to our micro bonus program where employees are able to use company funds to award cash bonuses to other employees
