Our team spent the lunch hour grilling together at the shop and telling jokes. Everyone worked well together and there was no drama. (isn’t it weird that “no drama” is a rarity these days??)

You must be mature and looking to grown in your skills as a technician. We run a very organized operation and don’t like chaos. Chaos costs us money and you money.
