Pay Rate: $27.68 p/hr

Logistics Support Job Description:

• Logistics Support to include: Transportation of Supplies and equipment supporting COVID-19 efforts throughout PC. Including but not limited to: Set-up, tear down, delivery, restocking, filling orders, etc.

• Submit bi-weekly reports to planning teams

• Monitor and update changes to immunizations forms

• Assist with daily transport of data

• Place supply orders and purchase requests.

• Conduct inventory control.

• Liaison with internal programs (IT, communications, etc.).

• Provide technology and program training and troubleshooting.

• Perform various tasks as needed (i.e. data entry and quality control) and other duties as assigned. Work Setting

• Work is performed indoors in an office environment but requires physical mobility and lifting up to 30 pounds. Physical Demands

• Able to stand for long periods of time, able to bend and lift up to 25lbs using proper lifting techniques. Tools and Equipment

• Duties include intimate relationship with Ricoh Printer and lamination machine.

• Duties require the use of standard office furniture and equipment (e.g., desk, filing cabinet, computer, printer, telephone, fax machine, copy machine, etc.). Travel

• Driving a vehicle requiring a license.

• Some travel is required, and is typically local or regional, to meet with clients, conduct business, or attend or provide training.

Logistics Support Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds comfortably, setting up tearing down vaccination sites to include putting up and taking down tents,

• Possess a valid driver’s license.

• Requires driving a F350 or Chevy 2500, a B class RV, or pulling 8 or 16 ft trailers. Looking for experience in these areas.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

• Strong technical skills and experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Sharepoint

• Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and in-person.

• Strong technical problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in a team setting

• Perform duties independently with minimal oversight

• Customer service oriented

• Flexible
