The Union has approximately 425 staff in sixteen offices from Boston to Miami. The HR Manager (“the Manager”) is part of a three-person HR team that administers HR programs and activities for staff across the union’s jurisdiction. Each member of the HR team is responsible for personnel policies and compliance, meeting department goals, and ongoing process improvement. Each member is focused on key functional areas for which they are accountable.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Manager spends at least 70 percent of their time focused on hiring and onboarding. Specific areas include:

The salary for this role is $75,000 – $85,000, depending on experience. 32BJ offers a full benefits package that includes employer-paid medical, dental and vision plans, for full-time employees and their qualified dependents, and a defined benefit pension plan and 401K.
