BJ Services Hiring for .NET Developer at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a .NET developer to build software using languages and technologies of the .NET framework. Need to be good with Windows Forms that understands Model View Controller (MVC). Composite Application Block (CAB) knowledge is a bonus, but definitely need a Web API skillset (knowledge of REST and JSON). The Web APIs will call our mainframe transactions via MQ (MQ would be a plus as well).

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET and C# programming languages
• Test and deploy applications and systems
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code
• Improve existing software
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support

Skills

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer with C#
• Need a Web API skillset (REST and JSON)

• Need Experience with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
• Experience with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 – $65.00 per hour
