A global supplier of the most innovative industrial and precision cleaning technologies available today, Cleaning Technologies Group is a company that is comprised of three divisions, Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics, Ransohoff and CTG Asia. This growing organization is seeking an individual to lead their human-resources related duties at the professional level for the Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics division in Jamestown, NY.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations
1. Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resources procedure, laws, standards, and other government regulations.
2. Conducts exit interviews, analyzes data, and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
3. Responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and civil rights to complaints.
4. Represents the company for any unemployment claims.
5. Facilitates or provides training (including orientations) to the workforce.
6. Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs.
7. Interviews, screens, and recruits job applicants to fill entry-level, professional, and technical openings.
8. Reviews applicants and interviews applicants to match experience with specific job-related requirements.
9. Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings. Maintains organizational charts and employee directory.
10. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
· 3+ years of related experience
· SHRM-CP / PHR preferred
