Project Manager

Blink Voice’s Project Manager’s play a critical role in all our engagements. The Project Management Team oversees the installation of phone systems along with the porting of phone numbers. Project managers are responsible for communicating with the sales team, clients, management, technicians, and fellow project managers. Project Managers at Blink Voice ideally are great communicators, are patient, critical thinkers, and creative problem solvers.

Responsibilities

• Budget Management (pricing, adherence to budget specifications)
• Communication with clients, fellow project managers, sales team, technicians, and management
• Problem solving and critical thinking
• Scheduling necessary next steps (site surveys, installation dates, construction if necessary)
• Liaison of Project status between clients and internally with different departments.
• Verify the proper hardware/materials are being requested for the project and submit order requests
• Maintain records of project timelines and finances to ensure proper analytics
• Generate paperwork for project funding and submit to finance with a request to commence.
• Submit support requests for clients with the provisioning department or ticketing system
• Represent the company to clients in a professional manner

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
