JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Manager will administer rountine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including administration of HRIS: ATS; and Payroll systems processing employee data such as on boarding data; pay and benefits admiinstration, leaves and working hours. They will maintain internal database files and develop custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff while maintaining the integrity of data held within the HR systems.

Essential Physical Functions:
· The teammember frequently is required to mobilize around the work area, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, and be present continuously at workstation for extended periods of time.
· The teammember must have the ability to use a computer mouse, keyboard, and other equipment typically found in an office or call center environment.
Sensory Functions:
Other essential job functions may be assigned by Blue Link Wireless in its discretion and are subject to change at any time.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
· While performing the duties and essential functions of this job, the teammember is exposed to computer equipment and noise levels of a typical retail store environment, with the requisite level of noise associated with a wireless retail establishment.

· Familiarity with human resources terminology, industry trends and human resources systems including ADP Workforce Now processes including ATS; Learning; Performanace Management; and HRIS.

· Effectively interact with all levels of organizational and support center teammembers.
· Accept and implement verbal and written feedback.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
· Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
· Draw and interpret bar graphs and diagrams.
· Compute rate, ratio, and percent.
