Primary Responsibilities for Restaurant Manager:

· Establishes guest service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example

· Assists with recruiting, retaining, training and developing an optimum number of staff who are enthusiastically dedicated to exceeding guest expectations

· Assists in achieving targeted budgets, goals and objectives

· Ensures that all daily restaurant paperwork is completed accurately and on a timely basis

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of Casual/Upscale Full Service Dining Experience

· 1+ years of full service Restaurant Management experience

· Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate, train and develop your team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
