One of our key clients is looking for their next Restaurant Manager. This successful National Brand Franchisee is looking for experienced Restaurant Operators to lead a team at their newest locations. This person will impact current systems and decision making to support the training and execution for the continued long-term growth and improvement of the Franchise. This critical role comes with many long-term opportunities for further career advancement.

Summary of Qualifications:

• 2+ years restaurant operations leadership
• 3+ years restaurant QSR operations
• Drive through experience helpful
• 2+ years operations and P&L responsibility
• Strong communication skills and relationship building
• Very strong ability to train and develop others
• Successes in improvement of profitability and operations
• Role based east and south suburbs of Seattle
• Strong compensation package
