Some of your duties may include:

• Ensuring that a company’s procedures comply with employment regulations
• Leading and Managing Field Human Resources Generalist
• Ensuring all employees are following policies and procedures outlined in the company handbook
• Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and sick leave
• Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
• Remain current on changing Federal and State regulations and legislation that may affect employee compensation or benefits.
• Responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental insurance, and 401(k) plan.
• Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits

. Requirements:

Required Education and Experience

• BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related field or minimum of seven years HR experience, required
• Master’s degree in Human resources or other related field, preferred
• 5+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR, required
• Previous experience in daily benefits, required
• HRS Software experience, required
