Sales & Marketing Assistant

BlueNovo is currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our growing Managed Services Practice (MSP), Managed Security Service Practice (MSSP) & HealthIT Practice.

The Sales & Marketing Assistant will provide the administrative assistance needed to act as the link between the Sales & BD and Marketing Departments and our prospects to facilitate company growth and success. You will be in contact/discovery meetings with our leadership team and leadership teams of medium-size non-profit healthcare organizations, to assist them to solve their business needs with technology. You will also work directly with BlueNovo’s Marketing Team & Sales/BD Team to make sure that the respective departmental goals are met.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the internal BD, Sales and Marketing teams to assist in conducting business discovery meetings & internal sales and marketing meetings by collecting minutes, extracting action items and key takeaways, keeping a running list of all of these items and overseeing that action items/ key takeaways are met within agreed upon timeline.
• Oversee all client and opportunity timelines within Salesforce & managing opportunity through entire pipeline. Help to move opportunity along as needed.
• Assist sales and BD teams with preparing for prospect meetings by pulling any prior minutes as well as creating an overview report for team.
• Work with Business Development Team & Marketing Department to assist in creating campaigns that generate leads.
• Own Salesforce management to make sure campaigns are uploaded/tracked within Salesforce, Contact information is updated as needed, and help curate targeted contact lists for marketing campaigns.
• Gather data on campaign success through Mailchimp analytics & help with driving follow up campaigns.
• Oversee social media presence- make sure that we are posting twice a week, schedule posts through Hootsuite and develop content in conjunction with Marketing Team.
• Manage oversight of conference calendar. Make sure that all conferences are registered for & prepared for via conference outline document.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of BlueNovo solutions and services

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in related field of study
• 2 – 4 years of experience in a similar sales, business development or marketing role
• Positive attitude and desire to work in a rapid-growth & fast-paced professional environment
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are important in the Sales & Marketing Assistant role. They regularly need to collaborate with team members, vendors and other company employees to understand the needs of the Sales, BD and Marketing departments.
• Creativity: Creativity allows the Sales & Marketing Assistant to work with the team to create visually appealing marketing materials & new content or even bring new ideas to the table.
• Analytical: Analytical skills enable the Sales & Marketing Assistant when compiling data and presenting it in an easy-to-understand method.
• Project management: The Sales & Marketing Assistant will always be involved with multiple projects at one time. The ability to organize details and complete projects in a timely manner is crucial in this position.

This position is fully remote.

Salary range: 65-72k, salary is commensurate to experience.
