BMW of the Hudson Valley is searching for an experienced Automotive DMV Biller for our busy and growing team. We’re looking for someone with experience in processing motor vehicle titles and registrations, who has a full understanding of Verifi and New York State Department of Motor Vehicle Regulations. This is not an entry level position. We are looking for a seasoned professional.

Responsibilities
- Completion of all DMV paperwork necessary for registering and titling vehicles sold.
- Process DMV paperwork and state registration documents for all states
- Check for completeness and signatures on all required forms.
- Maintain titles and MSO’s for inventory
- Resolve title and insurance issues
- Deal packaging
- Bill wholesales and swaps
- Manage plate and in-transit permit orders
- Stock in new and used cars
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
- Participate in a busy office as a dedicated team player
Qualifications
- Must have prior automotive billing experience (at least 3 years)
- Must have automotive dealership or DMV experience
- CDK experience required
- Verifi experience required
- Highly organized and eagerness to improve
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
