Coordinates and schedules an extensive menu of outpatient imaging exams (with different preparations, clinical criteria and radiology protocols) while ensuring data accuracy in order to achieve patient safety and positive outcomes. Effective interpersonal skills in dealing with others including patients, families, employees and medical staff to maximize communication and productivity while demonstrating the highest level of service excellence to all callers. Maintain an in-depth, updated knowledge of the multiple Baptist Health imaging facilities, their service offerings, driving directions and other pertinent information to educate patients and facilitate a positive patient experience. Degrees: High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper Additional Qualifications: Significant customer service experience, ideally in the hospitality industry or Call Center environment. Medical Terminology highly preferred (written & oral). Bilingual highly preferred. Data entry skills required. Verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of health care reimbursement/managed care preferred. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, intense (high volume) call center required.
