This position serves as the primary HR Generalist delivering HR products and services for the BT&E. This position will also work closely with other key groups in the Human Resources (HR) organization, namely HRG’s supporting BT&E, the specialized HR Centers of Excellence (COE’s) and the HR Services groups to deliver high quality, seamlessly integrated operational HR support for the business, the employees, managers and executives.
Position Responsibilities:
Serve as an HR Generalist within BT&E
Receive information, internalize, and act on feedback to offer clear and concise coaching and counsel to leadership
Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. performance support, employee movement, etc.)
Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
Work closely with HR COE’s to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and to support the delivery of programs
Source, manipulate and utilize HR metrics to identify issues, formulate questions, and draw conclusions to drive business decisions
Support the continuing transformation of HR via HR process implementation and the continuous technological improvements in Workday
Develop, deploy and execute solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Human Resources
3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience as an HRG working with multiple functions including engineering
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $60,480 – $112,320
