Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Program Manager, based out of Renton, Washington to support the execution of our global strategy.
This position reports within the BCA Sales and Global Strategic Initiatives organization. The Global Strategic Initiatives team is responsible for developing and implementing our commercial strategy for the most important growth markets with a focus on China, India and Southeast Asia. Our objective is to strengthen our Boeing presence, brand, deliver safety, capacity, efficiency and sustainability initiatives, support customers with entry into service and ultimately, help grow our commercial airplane and services business globally. We are a special team within Boeing that is flexible and nimble. You will learn something new every day working on this team.
The ideal candidate should have a customer service and global mindset. The ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously is critical along with project and program management discipline. Leadership and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are key attributes.
Position Responsibilities:
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform most work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Typical Education/Experience:
Senior (Level 4)
Bachelor’s degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Consultant (Level 5)
Bachelor’s degree and typically 15 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 13 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Summary pay range for senior level: 115,600 – 156,400
Summary pay range for consultant level: 152,150 – 205,850
