The Boeing Company’s Everett Delivery Center has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Human Resources (HR) Business Partner! This position is responsible for providing strategic support to a great organization located in Everett, Washington.
This role will develop Human Resources strategies and solutions that meet the business priorities for the organization. Critical thinking and having an innovative approach to solve problems will be an imperative part of daily management as well as active participation in business planning and decisions, offering innovative solutions to meet business requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
Serve as a member of the Everett Delivery Center leadership team and HR Team as a consultant and strategic advisor, working to drive HR goals and objectives from a consistent, enterprise perspective
Integrate HR Solutions with broader Airplane Programs strategies and tactics
Focus on workforce strategy and plans for rate readiness and overall business success
Build cross functional and cross organizational partnerships with Everett Site, delivery and storage site HR, enterprise functional partners, business leaders and local community groups
Work with a large team of Human Resources professionals to integrate and implement solutions and reduce complexities
Drive development and achievement of strategic organization and talent plans, reduce complexities and improve the value of our HR team by achieving business results and commitments
Partner with leaders to create and implement strategies and plans in HR related fields such as talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, organization optimization, performance and career development, early career innovation and overall employee engagement
Senior leader and conduit for business/function specific talent planning, leadership development, productivity performance optimization and organizational change
Partner with leadership to develop and enhance robust talent strategies to include workforce staffing and leadership development
Lead, engage in and deploy HR initiatives and business-related projects
Inform on business trends (utilizing analytics) and regional trends
Partner with business leaders and coach /council to drive HR alignment and approach
Ensure site specific operations related to employee safety, regulation and employee wellness
Collaborate across HR (HR Generalists, Employee Relations/Labor Relations, and Community of Excellence) and business functions (Ethics, Finance, Business Operations, Communications, etc.) to accomplish work
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. The majority of work will be performed onsite with limited remote availability.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
10+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
10+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Human Resources certification
Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style
5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
Experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role
5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $95,130 – $176,670
