Administrative Clerk Job Description:
Position Summary:
Duties include answering general telephone calls into the office, distributing these calls to the appropriate personnel, greeting and accessing the needs of office visitors, creating new customers and updating current customers in our system, opening and coding mail, reviewing warranty returns, and providing general office administrative support.
