Job Description
The Lease Marketing Relationship Manager III is primarily responsible for selling, structuring, pricing, closing and administering a wide variety of commercial equipment leases, ranging form simple to very complex; i.e., machine tools, construction equipment, processing plants; additionally will formulate 3rd party programs for manufacturers and distributors; makes solo customer prospect calls and joint calls with Relationship Managers; educates personnel and promotes the leasing product bank wide; leases equipment for all commercial locations of BOk.

How You’ll Spend Your Time
- You will use your business savvy to identify new prospects and develop new business opportunities.
- You will use your knowledge leasing coupled with of our products and services to make recommendations to our clients to help them enhance their business.
- You will use your financial acumen and analytical skills to understand data to make informed decisions.
- You will use your credit acumen to make recommendations for deal structuring and pricing while mitigating and identifying risk and complying with regulations.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years experience in a commercial lending environment or 11-13 years equivalent experience.
