Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist – Sioux City, IA Overview: This position is responsible for the day-to-day support of overall company functions. Primary duties include invoice processing, account reconciliation, account inquiries and records filing. The ideal candidate will be dependable and people-oriented, possessing a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Job duties may include the following: •Answering and routing phone calls. •Assisting with customer or vendor inquiries regarding accounts and statements. •Entering invoices. •Checking for accuracy on store reporting documents. •Maintaining reports, spreadsheets and corporate files necessary to complete duties. •Working closely with the purchasing department. •Performing filing and copy duties as needed. Qualifications: Candidate must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience preferred but not required.
