The HR Manager, HR Business Partner leads day-to-day operational implementation of key Human Resource processes, programs, and strategies through leading HR Partners and direct interaction with leaders. Drives HR process and interaction excellence. Collaborates with corporate departments to identify, evaluate, and improve HR processes.
Required Key Competencies:
Strong experience in all facets of HR. Demonstrated experience as HR Partner and sound knowledge of federal and state employment law. Proven leadership experience of teams and processes (includes selecting, coaching, training and development) Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and ability to work with within a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. Proactive and solution-oriented, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically. Ability to manage projects and daily functions with discretion and minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Conflict resolution, negotiation, interpersonal and customer interfacing skills. Demonstrated experience with change management, talent acquisition, associate relations, and compensation concepts. Strong business acumen required. Strong focus on associate development and positive strength orientation.
