Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, you will support the complete life cycle of the New Jersey office’s Consulting Team recruiting efforts. This includes event planning and execution, candidate pipeline development, marketing and branding related activities, planning and participating in the interview process, candidate communication and relationship building, and all conversion activities. You will work with the office Recruiting Managing Director and Partners (RPs), Recruiting Directors (RDs), recruiting directors at BCG core schools, and regional recruiting teams to lead and execute the annual recruiting pipeline across OneBCG, entry-level core business consulting (Associates and Consultants) from both campus and experienced hire pools, as well as support Experienced Hire and Digital recruiting efforts for the New Jersey office.

YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be working with a closely knit team of Talent Acquisition members in the New Jersey office reporting into the Talent Acquisition Senior Manager. You’ll be supporting various programs and working with the other Talent Acquisition team members across the Mid-Atlantic system to back each other up and help each other out when things get extra busy or when someone is out of the office. The team is very collaborative and enjoys learning and mentoring each other. Your manager will be a great resource for support and troubleshooting and will provide developmental guidance and support as you grow your career at BCG. You’ll work closely with your local office team as well as various Talent Acquisition teams across North America.
