Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis seeks a full-time Development Manager to help build a strong fundraising and
communications program and guide BGSP through a Campaign.

The Development Manager will report to the President and work collaboratively with the
Board of Trustees and its Institutional Advancement Committee (IAC). The Development Manager will help the leadership grow the base of
support and increase major giving and grants, using their skills and experience to ensure that best practices and communications are in
place to guide BGSP’s fundraising work. This is an opportunity to help the Board make a big impact in a small, mission-driven,
collaborative environment.

Boston Graduate School
of Psychoanalysis offers a friendly, flexible working environment that is prized by employees for its collaborative nature. The staff
environment reflects the School’s mission of talking things through and growing. While everyone wears many hats and the organization
is surprisingly complex for its size, staff turnover is exceptionally low.
The position offers a salary of $65-80,000,
commensurate with experience, with health and vacation benefits. The position is based at BGSP’s campus in Brookline, Massachusetts,
with options for flexible schedules and partially remote work.
