Registrar – Graduate School
Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis, a small, independent graduate school,
seeks a highly organized team player to serve as full-time Registrar to manage student registration, records, and other academic
affairs.

About the Position
The Registrar reports to the Dean of Graduate Studies and work closely with the
Student Information Coordinator. The Registrar communicates effectively with faculty members, students, advisors, and administrators to
ensure smooth registration and academic progression. The ideal candidate will quickly become expert in the school’s academic programs,
policies, and procedures. The position requires a high level of comfort with technology and a strong customer service orientation.

benefits and a friendly, flexible working environment. The position will be based at BGSP’s campus in Brookline, Massachusetts. BGSP
