The firm’s Investment Funds practice group is seeking to add a highly qualified associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related fund operational matters.
## Job Description
Law Firm’s Investment Funds practice group acts as counsel for fund sponsors around the globe, handling all aspects of the structuring and fundraising of private investment funds across a broad spectrum of asset classes, as well as sponsor internal arrangements, fund operations and regulatory and compliance matters.
The successful candidate will join a team of experienced lawyers and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile matters. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, and the opportunity to work in an international environment.
## Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related fund operational matters. The candidate must have a JD degree from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in at least one US jurisdiction, and have excellent academic credentials.
In addition, the candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills, excellent analytical abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The candidate must also be able to prioritize multiple tasks, work effectively under pressure, and have the ability to work in an international environment.
