Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this position will include leadership for Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness and Diversity efforts for Boston Medical Center and tangentially for Faculty Physician Practice and Boston HealthNet. The Senior Director, Organizational Development and Effectiveness is responsible for directing the design planning and implementation of organizational development programs, policies and procedures. Approves change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs. Oversees the goal of establishing the human capital of the organization as a critical component in accomplishing business goals. Manages and supports the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members, including programs for executives and emerging leaders.
