B&R Stores, Inc. is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead our Human Resources Department! This position serves as part of the company’s Senior Leadership Team and will plan, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and HR associates across the entire organization, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.
Specific Responsibilities & Requirements:
Qualifications:
A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant human resources experience required. Bachelor’s degree in human resources (or similar field) and SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
