APAC HR Head of G-CCB (being also resp. for APAC CC-EM)
Global Functional Workstream Lead HR BPO & team
Local APAC HR Teams of ACR and GB
Representatives of other functions incl. Finance, IT, General Management and other local admin personnel
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Contribute to the internal carve out project Monterey, targeting to set-up a standalone organization of BASF Automotive Catalysts and Recycling (ACR) within BASF Group
Be the link between the global HR workstream leads and the Regional HR Teams (ACR & GB)
Regional TOM Workstream responsibilities:
Create, steer and implement APAC specific project plans
Support in the design of the new ACR HR organization, e.g. through role profiling
Support in the set-up of ACR Pension & Benefit schemes
Ensure knowledge transfer activities from GB to ACR HR team
Develop HR policies & guidelines
Regional responsible for FTE build-up and hiring tracking for overall ACR
Regional coordination of employee onboarding activities & processes for new ACR hires
Regional Transition Workstream responsibilities:
Ensure implementation of employee transfer in APAC countries (e.g. coordinate timely issuing of transfer documents by local HR, report obstacles/roadblocks in the process to WS HR Transition)
Support change process regarding company/collective agreements
Serve as interface regarding cross-functional topics (e.g. with WS IT, Real Estate)
Support Day 1 Readiness for employees
Maintain continuous dialogue with local APAC HR teams and report any needs for support to WS HR Transition (e.g. regarding communication topics)
Support local HR management in implementing local HR activities at all levels, covering Talent Acquisition, Mobility, HR Administrative, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Labor Relations & Law and Workforce Analytics
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Education, Experience & Skills
University degree (Bachelor or advanced degree in business administration or similar subject)
Professional experience track record in cross-functional/ general management (support functions)
Expertise in HR with a focus on the implementation of up-to-date HR operating models, shared service structures and HR IT solutions
Excellent competencies with managing projects in intercultural settings with various stakeholders
Experience at working at mid- to large-sized companies
Fluent in English (written and spoken), with ability to communicate with all hierarchy levels
