ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
Responsibilities
Implement processes and logic to extract, transform, and distribute data between platforms from a wide variety of sources.
Optimize data integration processes and logic to provide optimal performance under increasing data volumes.
Develop quality standards to ensure data quality and integrity across various database systems.
Provide problem-solving expertise and complex analysis of data to support error resolution
Develop data integration standards according to the organization’s information services policies as well as best practices.
Review development practices to identify areas of improvement
Work with vendors to resolve complex issues as needed
Evaluate existing integrations and provide feedback on viability to senior leadership
Work with Analysts and Business Users to translate functional specifications into technical designs for implementation and deployment.
Ensure high quality and optimum performance of data integration systems to meet business solutions.
Follow company guidelines for programming, documentation, and SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) compliance
Provide estimates for development work and adhere to deadlines
Stay up to date with current technology enhancements and suggest alternate solutions
Ensures optimum service to all internal and external partners in response to all requests for service and information
