Brandeis University seeks to hire an Area Coordinator to work to provide students with a safe and comfortable living environments on
campus. This person will advise, support and guide students and leaders to help them grow and develop through one-on-one interactions,
programs, educational outreach, supervision and advisement. This person will also perform administrative duties within the department and
throughout campus. This person will live on campus.
The salary range is 35,000-38,000. Brandeis University benefits

a two-three bedroom, furnished apartment within the Boston Metropolitan area. Access to free on-campus parking, a cardio facility,

Master’s degree required plus 1-3 years experience
Skills in communication, conflict
resolution, supervision, academic advising, problem solving, time management and counseling.
Knowledge of basic computer skills.
Previous experience as a live-on residence life staff member preferred.
