We’re actively recruiting a strong and experienced Senior Designer to join our fast-paced and
dynamic New York Design team.

The role in a bit more detail:

We are looking for an experienced Designer with exceptional craft skills who will work closely with the Design Director to ensure the team are delivering amazing creative work. You may be the creative lead on certain projects, working with the Client Services team to take responsibility and ownership for client relationships.

Working with the New York design team, you’ll be responsible for projects from conception to final execution, working collaboratively with the production team to ensure design intentions are retained throughout. You’ll be managing both upwards and downwards, communicating with the wider team and maintaining a global viewpoint, always considering design as part of the whole brand.

What we’re looking for:

Strong experience working across all design platforms, and a keen understanding of CPG brands. You’re able to generate strategically relevant design concepts and bring them to life, and clearly articulate and present your ideas in an influential way. You can build effective and productive relationships with people at all levels across the business and provide mentoring to less experienced members of the team – you lead by example and are comfortable supporting on pitches. You bring a positive professional and social culture to the studio environment.

The nitty gritty

• 6-8 years’ experience working across multiple design platforms
• Experience working with Sketch, Figma and Adobe XD
• Experience in CPG useful, but not essential
• Willing and able to travel to support face to face client presentations, shoots, art direction etc
