Come and learn why 95% of BRC employees report that they would recommend BRC as a good place to work, and join us in building a more caring and compassionate city.HOURS: Full-time, 37.5 hours per weekMonday – Friday; 9:00a – 5:30pDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the program director, the operations manager is responsible for managing all safety and maintenance activities at the three facilities, including overseeing day-to-day operational activities. Specific duties include overseeing scheduling and supervision of maintenance and security staff, including providing supervision, training and support as needed; and serving as a liaison with property management.QUALIFICATIONS: Five years experience in building maintenance, experience in trades is helpful. Prior supervisory experience. Ability to use independent discretion and judgement. Certificate of fitness for Fire Safety Director preferred but not required. High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Ability to communicate in English. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Valid driver’s license required. BENEFITSBRC takes the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees seriously.
