Description
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team in all aspects of data research, communications, and pitching in where needed. The ideal candidate will need strong attention to detail, knowledge of measuring campaign performance, organized KPI reporting, a strategic mindset, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to implement campaign strategy via marketing communications, including newsletters, websites, social media, and more. They should love and embrace multiple facets of marketing analytics and keep up with trends with Resort audiences.
The Marketing Coordinator should possess analytical abilities, an understanding of Google Analytics, and create and communicate data reports. In addition, they should be able to translate data into marketing campaigns and communications including online ad copy, blogs, landing pages, e-newsletters, and social media content. The specialist should be detail-oriented and responsive to tight deadlines.
They should be passionate about the outdoors, recreation, and hospitality industries, and share that passion with others.

Salary range dependent on qualifications and professional experience, est. $45,000 – $55,00 (starting), raises will be based on annual KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
Education / Training / License(s) / Certification(s) Requirements: High School Diploma and/or GED, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, public relations, closely related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
