Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years cooking experience with at least 2 year of management experience preferred.

• Manage staff to promote a high sense of job satisfaction amongst all Kitchen team members

• Responsible for control and quality of all parts of the kitchen in the restaurant

• Willingness to participate as part of a team with enthusiasm and respect while providing leadership to staff

• Love and appreciation for ingredients, preparation techniques, and various cuisines

• Detail-oriented, organized, communicative, and always punctual for scheduled shifts

• Control day to day operations ensuring that the business runs smoothly.

• Precise understanding of budgets and expense control

• Plan projects and ensure the highest level of said planned project

• Assist to develop new products and/or promotions to stimulate sales.

• Ability to plan and execute catering events inclusive of staffing, equipment, timeliness and product allocation

• Provide both tools and insights for efficiency and improvement of service..

• Punctual and able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays as asked

• Clear understanding and adherence to safety and sanitization guidelines and procedures

• Physically able to work standing for extended periods of time and to lift up to 50 lbs.
