The Broad Institute stands on the leading edge of biomedical research, with a mission to broadly disseminate discoveries and information to the scientific community and the general public. Broad’s research is pursued through a blend of academic and industrial-scale production of genetic, biological, and chemical approaches, with scientists from Broad, MIT, Harvard, the Harvard-affiliated hospitals, and other institutions working side-by-side.
To achieve our ambitious scientific goals requires bringing people together from a range of different backgrounds and experiences from all across the world to work collaboratively on big, complex challenges. To that end, we strive to create an inclusive, supportive, and connected experience from the first awareness of Broad through their work journey at Broad, and departure from the Broad. This experience incorporates new work models where employees may work fully onsite, partially onsite or fully remote.
