Position Summary
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) role at REACH CDC is a newly established position reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the leadership team. This strategic role involves oversight of organizational operations, ensuring alignment with REACH’s long-term goals and mission in affordable housing and community development.
The COO will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures across multiple areas, including finance, property operations, human resources, supportive services, and philanthropic operations. They will oversee internal teams and collaborate closely with the CEO and other senior leadership to establish seamless processes that foster organizational efficiency and impact.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in financial and operational management along with proven leadership experience, ideally within the real estate or affordable housing sectors. This individual will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and innovation, ensuring REACH continues to effectively serve its community and advance its strategic priorities.
