Brookside Consultants, Inc. schedules Independent Medical Examinations for workers compensation and no fault claims. We are looking for a detail oriented and organized individual with good communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced working environment.

Job Duties Include:

• Retrieves, sorts, and manages medical records in support of provider exams or file reviews.
• Requesting medical files from insurance companies/TPA’s
• Printing medical files from multiple sources – client specific
• Sorting medical files in chronological order
• Handling jurisdictional forms properly and including necessary paperwork/forms

• Staying up-to-date on medical files in fast paced, time driven industry
• Indexing chronological medical files to send to providers for review

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
