The Director, SPS Sales & Marketing, Latin America leads the strategy for a multi-year and multicountry geographic expansion plan focused on introducing and growing sales of new auto-ID/Specialty Printing Solutions (SPS) product categories and associated solutions into chosen Latin America territories. This position leads the strategic investigation, prioritization, planning, and implementation required to support the strategy and then actively drives the execution of the growth plan(s). This position leads, communicates, and influences stakeholders in the establishment of a new line of business and business model for Brother in Latin America and works not only with Brother Mobile Solutions (BMS), but also takes on a teaching/mentoring role with the variety of existing Brother resources in the Latin America territories. This position initially drives the establishment of the new business model and then prepares the local Brother incumbents to either take on new resourcing or convert existing capabilities. Working with leadership at BMS and in each chosen Latin America territory, this position uniquely bridges the relationship between expertise sources (like BMS) and new areas in Latin America to deploy this expertise in order to grow revenue/market share in the region.

Education
Experience
A combination of progressive leadership experience in one or more of the following functions: business development, vertical marketing, product marketing/ management, channel and/or alliance management
Experience working with and influencing enterprise-level IT vendors
Experience selling to or engaging with customers in BMS’ focus vertical IT markets
Experience with autoID solutions in warehousing, transportation, & logistics, public safety, manufacturing, and retail
Language

The role is fully remote, and candidates can be based anywhere within the country.
