The Manager, HR Business Partner will contribute to and lead the execution on human resources strategies and initiatives in partnership with the HR Business Partner(s) and HR Center of Excellence (COEs) to support the current and future needs of the business.
The Manager, HR Business Partner will facilitate all HR services for the client group she or he supports through collaboration with the clients, HR COEs other HR business partners. The Manager will serve as an expert consultant to business leaders on all talent matters, including organizational effectiveness, leader effectiveness, organizational design and development, retention of critical talent, learning needs/opportunities, continuous performance coaching and management, change management, proactive conflict identification and resolution and employee relations.

This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by managers.
